Monica Jasmine Karo, also known as MpathSoul is a multi-disciplinary artist. A proud Gunai and Gunditjmara woman, Monica has spent the last 10 years performing her craft as a singer-songwriter, actress, and spoken-word poet, emerging director, writer and MC in Naarm and across Australia. Monica has shared her original works across many stages and festivals, including Blak & Bright Literary Festival, 3CR Radio Reimagined Festival, Darebin Fuse Festival, Share the Spirit Festival, Yaluk-ut Weelam Ngargee Festival, St Kilda Festival, Port Fairy Folk Festival, Arts Centre Melbourne, Yirramboi Festival and many more. MpathSoul’s music is a blend of soulful folk with lyrics of protest, healing and connection.
