KP Hydes is a rapper/songwriter/producer originally from the small town of Cowra in country NSW. He first appeared in 2019 with a series of single releases that lead to his first EP in February 2021. Noted for his smooth delivery of complex bars, his collaboration Hypnotise Me with Sydney producer Sonny Grin has maintained a strong underground presence since it's release. The back end of 2023 saw the release of three new singles that will feature on his forthcoming sophomore EP 'Wondership'. KP Hydes' appearance at St Kilda Festival will be among the first opportunities for people to hear the new releases.
