Liv & The Dream, a gifted Naarm based crew of 6 musicians, formed while studying music at university. Having spent the last 5 years playing locally in venues across Naarm, the band are making their festival debut. Mixing elements of folk, rock, ballads, and a touch of country, The Dream’s music explores life’s twists and turns offering candid and introspective lyrics that strike a chord with listeners. Unable and unwilling to be specified by a single genre, Liv has coined her own genre “sad girl indie folk rock”, reflecting her refusal to conform to norms and her dedication to authenticity.
