Carnival Operation Applications

Help us bring huge carnival rides and fun games to St Kilda Festival 2026!

The Carnival on Catani Gardens is an essential part St Kilda Festival, beloved by children and adults alike. For the 2026 Festival, we're looking for applications from Amusement Operators who are keen to bring their rides and games to the packed St Kilda Festival crowds. 

The Carnival Opening Hours are as follows: 

• Saturday 14 February: 12 pm - 9 pm
• Sunday 15 February: 12 pm - 9 pm

Operators will also have the option to open over Friday 13 February from 5 pm - 7 pm, if they cover additional First Aid Services costs.
