Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
City of Port Phillip (Council), St Kilda Town Hall, 99a Carlisle Street, St Kilda VIC 3182.
2. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested if needed for prize verification.
b. Employees of the City of Port Phillip, including contractors, casual staff and temporary staff, are not eligible to enter this competition.
c. Entry is free, and no purchase is required.
d. The promotion will be conducted in accordance with Victorian trade promotion requirements (free entry, fair random draw, written notification, prize delivery within 28 days, and recordkeeping).
3. Promotion Period
a. Opens: Saturday 14 February, 09:00 AEDT
b. Closes: Friday 7 March, 23:59 AEDT
4. How to Enter
a. Complete the St Kilda Festival 2026 audience survey during the Promotion Period via the official survey link or QR code.
b. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be invalid.
5. Prize Details
Prize structure:
Up to eight (8) × $100 hospitality vouchers (total prize pool up to $800).
b. Vouchers will be valid for at least 12 months and subject to issuing venue terms. Council may substitute a comparable local voucher of equal value if required.
c. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Venue Selection & Probity
Prize vouchers will be purchased from venues identified through Council’s transparent, criteria-based scoring process and allocated via random draw, ensuring fairness and no discretion.
7. Draw & Winner Notification
a. Draw: Monday 9 March, 12:00 AEDT at St Kilda Town Hall.
b. Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS within 2 business days of the draw.
c. If a winner does not claim their prize within 72 hours, a redraw will occur on [Wednesday 11, 12:00 AEDT 2026].
d. As the prize value is below the Victorian threshold requiring public disclosure, winner details will not be published.
8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be emailed as evouchers or made available for collection within 28 days of winner confirmation.
9. Verification
Council may request proof of identity and age to confirm a legitimate winning entry.

Entries obtained improperly or found to be ineligible will be void.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for conducting the promotion and evaluating St Kilda Festival. It will be handled in accordance with Council’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
Winner details (first name, initial, suburb) may be published for compliance.
11. Liability
Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, Council is not responsible for loss, injury or damage arising from entry or acceptance of the prize, including technical problems or events outside Council’s control.
12. Changes & Termination
Council may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion or substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary to ensure fairness or where required due to external circumstances.
