St Kilda Festival is back for 2026 in a BIG way with two days of incredible live music and summer fun on Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 February 2026.

We're stoked to reveal that our first few headliners are...

Jessica Mauboy

BIG FESTIVAL SUNDAY - SUNDAY 15 FEBRUARY

Jessica Mauboy is one of Australia’s most celebrated R&B/pop artists, songwriters, and actresses, with a career spanning nearly two decades. A multiple ARIA Award-winner, she made history as the first Indigenous Australian solo artist to debut at No. 1 on the ARIA Album Chart, boasting six Top 10 albums, 16 Top 20 singles, and 21 Platinum accreditations.

Beyond music, she has starred in acclaimed films (The Sapphires, Bran Nue Dae, Windcatcher) and has been a coach on The Voice Australia. She has toured with Beyoncé and represented Australia at Eurovision 2014. Her hit single Give You Love (feat. Jason Derulo) has achieved Gold status, cementing her as a powerhouse in Australian music.

Sneaky Sound System are dancefloor staples and remain as in-demand as ever, playing sold-out headline shows and festivals around the country, New Zealand and across Asia. The ARIA award winning duo’s more recent tracks are as beloved by audiences as their older successes, testament to their enduring popularity and ability to create tunes that start the party… and keep it going.

FIRST PEOPLES FIRST - SATURDAY 14 FEBRUARY

At a time of uncertainty, BARKAA’s debut proved to be the shake up the Australian music scene needed.

In a short period, the Malyangapa, Barkindji woman became one of Australia’s most exciting new hip hop artists – her voice balancing unbridled passion with an aggression the game had previously side-stepped with care.

Audiences first heard BARKAA’s clever lyrical game with For My Tittas, before Our Lives Matter made her voice nationally recognised and embraced.

She opened 2025 performing to crowds of up to 90,000, solidifying herself as a formidable force in Australian music.

Mental As Anything

BIG FESTIVAL SUNDAY - SUNDAY 15 FEBRUARY

Australia’s legendary band Mental As Anything is set to make a historic comeback as original founding members Peter O’Doherty and Reg Mombassa reunite, leading an exciting new lineup to perform once again under the iconic banner Mental As Anything. Known for their infectious melodies, sharp wit, and unmistakable sound, the ARIA Hall of Fame inductees have carved out an enduring place in Australia’s cultural and musical history.

With 25 Top 40 hits in Australia, Mental As Anything’s catalogue includes beloved classics such as The Nips Are Getting Bigger, Too Many Times and the international smash Live It Up, a song that continues to receive regular airplay across the UK and Europe.

Selve

FIRST PEOPLES FIRST - SATURDAY 14 FEBRUARY

Selve are a 6-piece rock band from the Gold Coast, fronted by Jabirr Jabirr man Loki Liddle, that are breaking ground and crushing milestones at every turn. Fresh off the back of their Australia-wide tour and debut EU/UK Tour in 2024, Selve have recently recorded their sophomore album Breaking Into Heaven in Studio 3 of the infamous Abbey Road studios, which released Sep 12 2025. 

Selve have followed up with their national Breaking Into Heaven tour boasting shows across QLD, NSW and VIC; Adding fuel to the fire of their already gathering momentum as one of the most exciting live acts on the scene and a powerhouse rock outfit carving their own rare path through the Australian music landscape.
