Patrons are advised that flicker, laser, strobe and other lighting effects may be in use on Festival stages.

St Kilda Festival is held in public space along the St Kilda foreshore, including O’Donnell Gardens, Catani Gardens and South Beach Reserve, as well as surrounding streets. Please refer to the site you would like to visit below for accessibility information:

O’Donnell Gardens and Acland Street

Saturday 5 February

ACCESS: O’Donnell Gardens has paved paths crossing the park. The Stage will be positioned up against the wall to Luna Park, visible from the paved path.

SEATING: A limited number of tables and chairs will be available near the stages. You are welcome to bring your own chairs.

TOILETS: Permanent public accessible toilet facilities are available in O’Donnell Gardens behind The Vineyard, on the corner of Shakespeare Grove and Acland Street.

ACCESSIBLE PUBLIC TRANSPORT: There are tram and bus services with stops in close proximity to the Festival site. Please visit ptv.vic.gov.au for services times and accessible service details.

South Beach Reserve

Wednesday 9, Thursday 10, Friday 11 and Saturday 12 February

VIEWING PLATFORM: An accessibility viewing platform is available for all events at South Beach Reserve Foreshore Stage. Entry to the platform is accessible and via the main entrance. There is power available on the platform to charge electric wheelchairs. The viewing platform is available to people with disabilities and their carers.

SEATING: There will be seats available on the viewing platform. A limited number of tables and chairs will be available near the stages. Patrons are welcome to bring folding chairs into the event site.

TOILETS: Accessible toilets are located behind the viewing platform.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
Service animals are permitted entry into the South Beach Reserve event site.

Catani Gardens and Fitzroy Street

Sunday 13 February

ACCESS: Catani Gardens has gravel paths throughout. The stages will be positioned on grassy areas requiring access off paths. The surrounding terrain is flat.

SEATING: A limited number of tables and chairs will be available near the stages. You are welcome to bring your own chairs.

TOILETS: Permanent and temporary accessible toilet facilities are available throughout the site. (please refer to map below).

PARKING: An accessible drop off zone and parking area is available on Beaconsfield Parade. Parking access will require an appropriate permit. (please refer to map below)

SUPPORT ANIMALS: Service animals are permitted in the Festival Precinct.
