Ecca Vandal

Ecca Vandal

After screaming into our collective consciousness in 2014 with the release of debut single ‘White Flag,’ the Melbourne singer/producer/performer captivated the Australian music scene and critics alike with her unique attitude, style and swag of influences.

2015 saw a barrage of adrenalin charged tracks including guitar rocker ‘Battle Royal,’ the hip hop infused ‘Father Hu$$la,’ and the surprisingly soulful yet gritty ‘End Of Time.’ Each new single drew the veil back a little further, revealing a deeper and broader range of influences and obliterating the previous notion we’d formed about Ecca Vandal as an artist. All of which was the result of a constant pursuit of evolution in the face of succumbing to the expectations of the music industry.

Hot off the back of her “End of Time” tour this year after supporting the likes of ‘The Prodigy’ last year, St Kilda Festival is another feather in the cap of the constantly evolving Ecca Vandal.
