Foxx on fire
Psychedelic indie-popsters Foxx on Fire consists of three or four young Melbourne magicians, who create noisy art rock songs you can sing along to.They made their live debut the same month they
formed at an infamous Brunswick warehouse party and for the past year these upstarts have been terrorising the indie community with their energetic live shows, which have been described as
pompous spectacles. They gained radio play on National radio - JJJ, Sydney radio - FBI and Melbourne radio - RRR & PBS with the first songs the band wrote and recorded. Now they are excited
to unleash their infectious debut single Polizia. The song is a neo-futurist battle cry for the discothèque, which tells an ancient Roman tale of police corruption. Produced by the bands
mentor Jak Housden, the release is set to run riot over the summer airwaves.
Husky
Singer/songwriter Husky Gawenda recently completed his debut album quiet little rage. Recorded at Melbourne's Sing Sing Recording Studios, co-produced by ARIA award nominee Adam Rhodes, it is a
powerful debut that moves effortlessly from soaring melodies to delicate whispers, delivering poetic musings on love and other such things. Developing his sound through late night gigs and
busking on the streets of St Kilda, Husky Gawenda combined with Gideon Preiss (keyboards) to form the band now known as Husky. Joined by Marco Cascarino (drums) and Evan Tweedie (bass), Husky
fascinates audiences with its combination of intimacy and raw energy.

third full length album, titled 'A Journey for a Nation', which was produced by Mick Thomas and the band. Reviews have likened The Go Set to The Pogues, The Clash, Midnight Oil, and Weddings
