OPTION ONE : HOST VENUES

What is it?

We're looking for venues to host a gig during Live N Local week. Your night can be as low key or as large as you like, just let us know what you're looking for. You'll be doing your bit for local musicians, comedians and artists.

What's in it for you?

Everyone participating in the program will get their details on our website and in our festival program.

The site gets more than 150,000 hits in the lead up to the festival. We also put our festival marketing team behind all of these events, including our publicity and media partners - so that's a lot of free promotion.

What you will need to provide:

- a safe place for the band to perform

- refreshments for the band

We have a small budget to pay peformers - depending on the response we get from businesses wanting to participate, we may need to ask traders to help with the costs.

We ask the band to supply their own PA - in some cases the venue may be able to provide the PA.
