RAIL SONG by Mick Turner

'Rail Song' is a piece combining video, animation, painting and music. consisting of five screens in the same space, each showing a short film with its own soundtrack set to loop. Each film has its own voice and its own length which lets Rail Song only repeat once every 1500+ years. The seperate voices (instruments) combine in a beautiful jagged stumbling harmony however they fall. The result is a constantly changing intriguing song beast that moves visually and audibly!
