The Yalukit (Yellow-Kit) Willam (Will-Am) Ngargee (Nar-Ghee) Euro (You-Row) Yuroke (You-Row-Key) Bullareto (Bullart-Toe) Nyoweenth (Neo-Winth)  is a stand alone Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural festival celebrating Indigenous bay culture.

Events held over the course of the Yalukit Willam Ngargee program include Visual Arts Exhibitions, contemporary dance productions, Etchings Indigenous publication launch plus a huge outdoor music festival on Saturday 6 February in O’Donnell Gardens featuring Koorie Night Market Stalls, children's activities and interactive public programs.

Yalukit Willam Ngargee is a waste wise festival promoting sustainable transport and proudly held on Boonwurrung Country.

The festival encourages wet and dry drinking areas plus no-smoking zones around the festival precinct.

Environment
The Yalukit Willam Ngargee is working to become a benchmark for best practise in medium sized environmentally sustainable community festivals. Objectives for the Yalukit Willam Ngargee are to break new ground by being one of the few festivals of its size to have an environmental management plan and a completed Environmental Footprint for its operation. In 2010 we aim to reduce the festivals impact of Greenhouse Gas Emissions but for this to happen we need your support as a festival punter to ride your deadly treadly, walk, swim or catch public transport.
