To ensure your allocated location, payments must be received before Friday 28th November 2008.

Late payments will not be accepted and unallocated locations will be given to stall holders on our waiting list.

-          Photograph of Stall Set Up Including Signage – ( Optional - this can be emailed as a jpeg once application has been accepted)
-          Proof of Public Liability Insurance
-          Agreement and Indemnity form signed
 
 
Please Note:
 
-          Use of amplifiers or loud speakers, including cassette players by stallholders is prohibited.
-          The City of Port Phillip retain the right to enter upon the site of any exhibitor at any time and remove any article, sign, picture or printed matter which in our opinion is either not eligible for display or considered offensive. (Eg. plastic toys, glowie products or illegal products.)
-          All leads must have a current electrical test tag.
-          Stalls cannot be sublet under any circumstances unless with written permission from The City of Port Phillip.
-          There is no access for vehicles to enter O’Donnell Gardens once the event has commenced.
-          Completion of this application does not ensure the applicant a position at the market. Successful applicants will be contacted via e-mail to the address provided by you.
